As a community newspaper we welcome content contributed by members of our community. That is why you will see articles and regular columns written by people you may know. These are writers we have reached out to because of their special interests, special knowledge or known writing skills and background.
If you have an idea for an article or column, we would like to hear from you.
If you enjoy writing, can write to a specific word length, and don’t mind your work being edited, then please let us know. Use the space provided in our contact form on the right-hand column of this page, to tell us what you have in mind.
Our editor will contact you to discuss your ideas. Please do not write an article or column and send it to us. That is a later step.
An exception is letters to the editor. If you would like to comment on something you’ve read in the Post, or on a community issue, please submit it through this website or send it to editor@peachlandpost.org. We reserve the right to edit for length and punctuation (or depending on content and tone, to not publish it at all).
Keep it short; no more than 300 words is best. We do not publish anonymous letters. Please include your name and the city you live in.
Our editor will contact you to discuss your ideas.
